Cavalcade Horses & Hot Rods (info to follow)
Start preparing now for the Christmas Cavalcade in the neighborhood,
scheduled for December 12. Preliminary plans are underway, and with
everyone staying home due to COVID-19, the time is perfect to get our hot
rods, golf carts, and horses ready for our very own big event here in MWF.
Let’s see if we will have more hot rods or more horses turn out. We will also need volunteers on the ground for the horse staging area. And we will need at least one volunteer to be a muck scooper with a golf cart.
Christmas decorations are a must! It will be great with our Cavalcade being in daylight hours. Horses and riders can be decorated, and driving horses can don bells.
Buff up your classic car and wrap it in garland. Dust off and decorate your golf cart with banners to match your costumes.
Let’s get out there now to get the horses used to our costumes and bells. Maybe join a session with some of the driving horses. Maybe a Santa tryout?
